I have been studying martial arts for quite a few years now. Since 1995 I have been a student of Master Yan Gaofei. While he is best known for his Chen Tai Chi, he also enjoys Hsing-i Chuan. He has been teaching me Hsing-i and other internal exercises for a few years now. On this site, I am going to talk about Hsing-i.
